We strive to display our products, including our cold-pressed oils, as accurately as possible. However, because our products are 100% natural and unrefined, slight variations in color, aroma, and consistency may occur between batches. These variations are a testament to the purity of the product and do not constitute a defect.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination pincode. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (like extreme weather or courier logistics) are out of our direct control.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. For successful cancellations before dispatch, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
As a user of our website, you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
